Refund and Returns Policy

At Haymeen, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure you are delighted with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. Return Window

  • Customers are eligible to request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Products for Return

  • Abbayas: Can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Perfumes (Touche Royal): For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. Only unopened and sealed bottles are eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@haymeen.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Important: Returns without prior approval from Haymeen will not be accepted.


4. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will be given instructions to ship the product back to our warehouse or arrange a pickup (if applicable in Dubai).
  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged on delivery.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange for abbayas within the 7-day window if the product is unworn and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • For perfumes, exchanges are only possible if the product is unopened and in original condition.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@haymeen.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Conditions for Return Acceptance

Products will not be accepted for return if:

  • They are used, opened, or worn (for abbayas or perfumes).
  • Original tags, packaging, or seals are missing or damaged.
  • The return request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.
